About
I purchased my first restaurant in 2019, building a strong base heading into COVID. After the restaurant closed, I restructured — opening a drive-thru coffee service through Wagga Cellars — which let me keep my business going and expand my skills behind the scenes.
2024 saw the arrival of my son, and a need to reconsider my priorities — which led me into the catering business I now offer.
When you purchase from and support my business, you're also supporting my family. Every cake, every batch, every "yes" from a customer is time I get to spend watching my son grow, not missing it. Big or small, thank you for being part of that with me.
